Four ways to get your components on Layro.
There are four ways to publish. They all feed the same pipeline, so a component looks the same on Layro however it arrived.
From the web
Paste a single-file component on the submit page. Good for one-off pieces.
From a GitHub repo
Install the Layro GitHub App on a repo with a registry.json. Layro imports every component and re-syncs whenever you push.
From your agent
Add the MCP server and ask your agent to submit what you just built.
From the terminal
Run npx layro publish with the files to send. See the CLI docs.
What happens next
- Layro checks the files and builds an isolated preview.
- A short video and a thumbnail are recorded automatically.
- The component goes into review. Your previous version stays live until the new one is approved.
